What’s a Gravatar? It’s a “globally recognized avatar” (an “avatar” being the little photos we’re talking about).

Lots of Internet forums use them, as do many blogs (such as this one!).

    I always wondered why I got a picture of a monster when visiting Dustin Luther’s 4realz site. I mean it really bugged me… With Gravatar, problem solved :D
